about
Kiara Zayas
With a background in modeling, dance, and performance training, she brings a distinct perspective to body development, one that prioritizes not only aesthetics, but movement, posture, and presence. Her work is rooted in the understanding that how you train directly translates into how you carry yourself.
Through KZFIT, Kiara specializes in body recomposition and glute development, delivering a refined training approach designed for women who operate at a higher standard. Every program is built with intention, focused on structure, technique, and long-term results rather than shortcuts.

Her methodology goes beyond traditional fitness. It’s about building a physique that reflects control, confidence, and discipline, while developing the presence to walk into any room and own it. From the gym to the runway, her work bridges the gap between performance and aesthetics, helping women elevate both their bodies and their identity.
My journey in modeling began at 15 years old, when I first trained at Refine in Puerto Rico and discovered that modeling was far more than beauty—it was presence, discipline, and the art of commanding attention without speaking. By 16, I had already begun working professionally, immersing myself in the industry and refining the craft that would shape my career.
My foundation was built through elite pageantry, competing in titles such as Miss Universe Puerto Rico, Miss Global International, Miss Asia Pacific World, Miss World Puerto Rico, and Miss Legacy International—experiences that taught me poise under pressure, stage command, and the power of feminine presence.
Formerly signed with Wilhelmina Models, I have walked major runways including Los Angeles Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, San Juan Moda, and San Juan Beauty Show, building a career rooted in versatility, refinement, and commanding performance.
Beyond modeling, I spent over eight years working with Telemundo Puerto Rico, served as a television host, appeared on reality television with MTV, and built a professional dance career performing with major artists—further mastering the movement, rhythm, and stage presence that distinguish me today.
After more than a decade in the industry, I understand that true success in modeling is not simply about appearance—it is about presence, energy, discipline, and the ability to captivate. That is the standard I embody, and the standard I now teach.
Modeling, for me, is more than just being in front of a camera, it’s a form of expression, discipline, and presence. I love the way it challenges me to embody confidence, emotion, and artistry through movement and visual storytelling. Modeling allows me to merge beauty with performance, and to transform energy, fashion, and vision into something impactful.
What I love most is the constant evolution it demands, the discipline, the refinement, the ability to command a room without speaking. Modeling has taught me confidence, self-awareness, and how to turn presence into power. It is not just something I do; it is an extension of who I am.

Most women enter the modeling industry believing beauty is enough. It is not.
What separates booked models from overlooked ones is presence, discipline, confidence, and the ability to command attention the moment they enter a room.
I coach aspiring models because I know what this industry truly rewards—and I teach you how to embody it.
My coaching is designed to help you develop the presence, walk, physique, confidence, and professionalism required to compete at a higher level. You will learn how to move with intention, carry yourself with authority, and present as someone the industry takes seriously.
My goal is not simply to teach you how to walk. My goal is to help you become undeniable.
Because in this industry, the women who get chosen are rarely the prettiest— they are the ones who know how to command the room.
